I've wanted to transition to a vegan lifestyle for awhile but eating meat and dairy all my life I simply didn't know where to start.After several failed attempts I came across youpluslife and my biggest struggle of trying to figure out what to eat is now over!! The meals are delicious and it's given me the confidence and inspiration to continue this healthy journey. I'm not as bloated anymore and my body appreciates everything I put in it. AMAZING! Not only do I feel amazing after eating these meals, I really enjoy eating them as well! I know what you’re thinking, vegan? I can’t do that.. you’d be surprised! The meals are so good and there are so many substitutes for what you’re used to having that you won’t even notice! I 100% recommend these meals to anyone looking to change their diet or simply have your weekly meals prepped ahead of time! :)
Prior to stumbling upon “ youpluslife.com “ I had no sense of direction when it came to eating healthier and leading a more “food conscious life”. To my surprise it has been easier than I thought and of course with the help of Amor I can now call my self a “ healthy food junkie” ! My weekly meal preps from her have my co~ workers very envious and at the same time curious. My job is very high paced and stressful; with no time for lunch at times. I had become a stress eater choosing unwisely; but with her service ~ I have been able to keep my meals healthy and my stomach flat !

The ingredients are always fresh and carefully chosen to make a well rounded meal that leaves you satisfied and full of energy. Thank you for your meal preps! They are delicious as they are filling. I am a big eater (don't judge me, got to work on that) and these meals are enough to get me through the day as they are convenient and, did I mention delicious ???!!!!!
